The Plan allows eligible employees to defer part of their income on a tax-favored basis. The money in the plan grows tax-free until your retirement. Employee selects how they want their account invested from several investment options. The trustees will invest the portion of the account that is not 100% vested. If you participate in plan the Firm will make matching contributions on the first 5%. Matching contributions are $.50 on the $1.00 up to a maximum of 5%. Matching dollars are subject to vesting.
